As an Art Director at SEED, you’ll have the unique opportunity to work with and alongside one of the world’s leading AI creative teams, shaping how brands communicate in the new era of AI-driven production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction of commercial projects from ideation through to delivery.
• Develop strong visual concepts and storytelling aligned to client briefs and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with SEED’s AI production team to explore new ways of bringing ideas to life.
• Use AI tools (such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, etc.) for concept development, ideation, and visual exploration.
• Present creative concepts to clients with clarity and confidence.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on brief, and exceed client expectations.
• Stay ahead of design, culture, and AI trends to bring innovative ideas into SEED’s creative process.

Requirements

Experience working on commercial projects with a strong portfolio of delivered work.

Proven track record of successful project delivery, including case studies or examples.

Experience with AI creative tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, etc.) for concepting and visual development.

Strong, versatile creative style with the ability to adapt ideas to brand and client needs.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Based in London (or able to travel to London when required).
